Families First of Palm Beach County is seeking a Part Time (15 hours weekly) Administrative Assistant to join our team in the Bridges to Success Program in Wellington, FL. Some of the responsibilities for this position include:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Provision and oversight of program data including maintaining client's charts, units information, and data base, assures all office work is completed in a timely and professional manner, other data entry and administrative duties performs other related duties as assigned.

 To be considered, candidates:

Must possess a High School Diploma (some college preferred), have knowledge of various office computer software programs, have the ability to operate and have knowledge of computers and other electronic instruments available to the agency, have  extensive knowledge of modern office practices and procedures, business English, spelling, record keeping, knowledge of and sensitivity to service populations cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.

Required: Flexibility, Detail oriented and organized
